I would love to live in NYC for a year or two! I do miss it being in such easy reach for me, compared to when I lived in Boston - an early morning train ride would get me into the center of things by lunchtime; I could see a show and still catch the last train out. It's one of those things where it felt so intimidating at first, I swore I could never live there, it was just all too much. But now, nearly 30 years after my first visit there, and many more following, I cherish every moment I get to spend there; it grew on me, and really is something special.
