I, uh, may have half a dozen pastries in the freezer from the last time my favorite popup bakery was down here before she moved to her brick and mortar in Petaluma. :D The chocolatiest pain-au-chocolat because she doesn't just wrap a bunch of dough around chocolate batons, she works chocolate flakes into the croissant dough at the folding stage! The herbiest of herb brioches, fresh and green and dilltastic!
