I had sushi with noghri, sandboxdiva, and douglaslain Friday night, and Doug being Doug, he made all sorts of "Ew, cooties" noises at my very girly - and getting girlier - bike. (Though I think behind it, he's secretly pleased that another one of his friends has "come over to the side of truth and light;" after all, 3/4 of us showed up on bike.)

He should've waited until after I decorated my bike for ArtBeat:

It's been a very media-heavy July for me. Dr. Horrible (catchy but predictable), the last half of Avatar S3 (squeal), and on Friday, XF2. I wish I could be in San Diego with the big XFR gang for the midnight showing and all, but belladonna and I will keep the Beantown torch aflame. Though I don't think I'll get to see it three times the first day, like telemicus and I did for the last one. Heeee.

I don't entirely agree with everything in the vid below (they kinda got key bits of canon WRONG), but it made me crack up anyway.

for angela and dwight
and not to mention pretty much any desperate housewife

they've been through nine seasons and a movie
and they still haven't gotten groovy
and that's what moves mean

a terrestrial romance can blossom in purity
and the new movie will end as they get married
i want them to get married
and have alien babies

i love your bike! and the matchiness of everything. i secretly wish that my bike was more girly (it isn't at all. it even has a boy's name (the bike model is 'jake'!)
