Arms o' steel

any of you ladies who do free weights recommend any particular routine or series of exercises for strengthening arms in particular?

Of course there are the age-old goodies (if you don't know one/some of these let me know and I can give instructions):
bicep curls (standing and sitting)
Arnold press
tricep dips
upward rows
tricep kick-backs
lateral raise (for deltoids)
