Ahhhh, Crystalis... one of my favorite RPGs back in the day. ^____^ And yes, the soundtrack is kickass, especially for its time. :D Loved the ocean theme, especially, and some of the cave themes.
Btw, you can get the full soundtrack, in its original quality (because it's all ripped directly from the ROM) here (http://www.zophar.net/download.php?file=nsf/crystals.zip). (I also have the unzipped version of it on my HD kicking around somewhere, so if you don't have an unzip utility, let me know, and I'll send the *.nsf file to you.) You would, however, need to have an emulator that plays *.nsf files or a WinAmp plugin or somesuch, and you can also obtain one of those here (http://www.zophar.net/utilities/nsf.html).
